Standard Containers |
|
Classical type of a bag, with holders sewed into corners, most universal and most commonly used on the market.
- Containers produced from covered or uncovered flat fabrics – square or rectangular bottom, formed from fabrics of width ranging between 70cm and 120cm (standard: 80,90,100 cm); height is consulted according to the costumers’ requirements,
- Containers produced solely from uncovered round-woven fabrics, of girths 320, 340, 360, 380, 400, 420 cm (standard: 360 cm), with added square or rectangular bottom, height is consulted according to the costumers’ requirements.
Bags of this type can be additionally equipped with a PE insertion ensuring total protection of the packed product from absorbing humidity; manufactured in various construction versions (construction versions of intake and bottom)

Containers with shape stabilizers (Q-Bag) |
|
Containers with embedded special stabilizers (the seam along the diagonal to side panels), provided with elliptic apertures allowing free pour of material. This type of construction allows to sustain the shape and stability of the bag after it is filled – counteracting bulging of the side walls, subsequently minimizing the area during transportation and storing. Bags with 4 holders, produced from covered and uncovered flat fabrics, without the technical possibility of using the film insertion LDPE; the sizes range as well as other construction versions can be applied like in the case of standard bags .

UN containers for dangerous materials |

Special group of packaging destined for transportation of dangerous materials. Big Bags, manufactured accordingly with the UN standards have to fulfill very rigorous requirements for the construction, thanks to what at the stage of certification research they undergo a cycle of 6 special tests, among others endurance and tearing as well as 120cm drop test.
We offer two types of containers examined by the LABORDATA Institute :
13H2/Y: covered, flat fabric, without the PE insertion
13H3/Y: uncovered, round-woven fabric, with the PE insertion
The bags are designed for maximum load up to 1000kg with the safety factor 6:1, produced in two construction versions:
intake: heaping funnel of a maximum diameter φ 45 cm, bottom: emptying funnel of a maximum diameter φ 45
intake: heaping funnel of a maximum diameter φ 45 cm, bottom: flat, closed.
Big Bags of a square basis 90x90cm, offered in the range of heights from 100 to 180 cm.

Openwork containers |

Thanks to the use of openwork fabric supplied with special ventilators – belts 2,5cm wide, running along the warp and located every 5cm on the fabric, a perfect ventilation of the inside of the container’s flange, making it perfect packaging useful even for long-term storing and transportation of agricultural products. We offer Big Bag bags of a square basis 90x90cm, with the capacity of loading with 1000kg. 4-holder openwork containers can be manufactured optionally with a rachel flange ensuring an additional airflow to the top of the container; the other construction versions are possible to apply like in the case of standard bags.  |
