The experience, applied quality control procedures, careful selection of raw materials, and the 3MA production technology ensure that tunnel films composed of multiple inseparably bonded layers possess excellent mechanical strength and flexibility.

Proper raw material selection results in a product that provides optimal crop protection, is resistant to weather conditions, and mitigates the degrading effects of UV radiation. Exquisite light transmittance achieves an appropriate brightness level, while its dispersion reduces shadows and prevents scorching of plants' outer parts. A major advantage of 3MA film is the creation of an ideal microclimate that promotes earlier flowering, faster plant growth, and increased yields.

Application:

The films are used in the construction of multi-season low and high tunnels, blocked tunnels and inflatable film structures, and are used in the cultivation of vegetables, fruit, and flowers. They are available in 3 colours indicating their service life.
Each roll features an identification code in the form of a print, as well as printed length markers on the film, facilitating the sale of film by the running metre (rm).

UV4 and UV5 tunnel films with METALLOCENE additive – strong, multi-layer films manufactured using 3MA technology for structures exposed to high wind loads.
They feature high mechanical strength, puncture resistance, flexibility and durability.

UV4 tunnel film, transparent, with NOR-HALS additive – strong, multi-layer film manufactured using 3MA technology.
Contains a new generation refining additive: NOR-HALS, which increases the film's resistance to contact with chlorine, sulfur and plant protection products.
Film particularly recommended for areas with increased use of spraying, e.g., for tunnel structures located near fruit orchards.

UV6 tunnel film, transparent, with additives: EVA, IR, AF – strong, multi-layer film manufactured using 3MA technology. Its refining additives provide increased resistance to tearing and punctures (EVA). The film contains an anti-condensation additive (AF) and an additive reflecting infrared radiation (IR), reducing heat loss at night and causing high light diffusion, thus ensuring uniform sunlight exposure for plants. Film dedicated for soft fruit cultivation, including strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.

UV8 tunnel film, transparent, with EVA additive – strong, multi-layer film manufactured using 3MA technology, with increased UV stabilization and thickness. Contains an additive that increases the film's resistance to punctures and tearing. Film suitable for all types of structures, particularly multi-span tunnels, large-area facilities and air-inflated double-layer structures.

UV12 tunnel film, transparent, with EVA additive – ultra-strong, multi-layer film manufactured using 3MA technology, with increased thickness and UV stabilization. Contains a refining additive that increases the film's strength and resistance to punctures and tearing. Film suitable for all types of structures, particularly multi-span tunnels, large-area facilities, and as the outer layer for air-inflated double-layer structures.

AF - anti-condensation additive reducing the formation of water droplets on the inner surface of the film tunnel (the anti-condensation effect works with adequate slope of the film surface).

IR - additive causing better light diffusion, and thus uniform sunlight exposure for plants, also reflecting infrared radiation, thereby reducing heat loss at night.

EVA - additional mechanical reinforcement. Film resistant to tearing, stretching and punctures. This is particularly important when covering structures exposed to strong winds and in the case of lower quality constructions (e.g., wooden structures).

NOR-HALS - additive increasing the film's resistance to contact with chlorine, sulfur and plant protection products.
