Breathable Laminate

Our breathable laminate PP M2 3525 has achieved a class 4 resistance against virus penetration according to EN 14126/ISO 16604 standards at Proteon Pharmaceuticals Laboratory.

Application:

It is used in the production of protective clothing, including biological protection suits, aprons, medical bed sheets, underpads, and packaging. Garments made from this material are exceptionally lightweight, non-restrictive in movement, and provide high comfort due to their breathability. They serve as an effective barrier against viruses and bacteria.

The breathable laminate PP M2 3525 is a two-layer laminate with a basis weight of 60 g/m². It is created using a unique layer bonding technology. The first layer of this laminate is made from spunbond polypropylene nonwoven fabric, while the second layer is a polypropylene microporous film. The resulting material is lightweight, durable, waterproof, and at the same time, breathable and vapor-permeable.
