Packaging
An open bag with a hexagonal bottom, also known as a cross bottom bag, is made from multi-layer polyethylene (LDPE) film. This film, which is also suitable for forming valve bags, can be colorless or colored according to the customer's request. Depending on the packaging's purpose, the material is enhanced with additives such as anti-slip, anti-blocking, antistatic, antioxidant, and UV stabilizer. Additionally, the bag can feature perforation and/or micro-perforation (for venting contents) and anti-slip knurl strips. We also offer the option to add hot-melt seals for enhanced closure. Typically, the bag is sealed by welding its top part, but it can also be sewn or glued based on customer preference. High-quality printing on the bag's surface is customized to the customer's wishes, with options to print on the top and bottom. Obtaining a UN certificate for dangerous goods is possible with this packaging solution.
By embracing circular economy principles, we produce packaging that is 100% recyclable and can incorporate recyclates in its production, including PCR (Post Consumer Regranulate).
