Open bag with a hexagonal bottom (also known as a cross bottom bag)
The bag is made from multi-layer polyethylene (LDPE) film. The film can be colourless or coloured according to the customer's request. Depending on the intended use, we modify the material with additives: anti-slip, anti-blocking, antistatic, antioxidant, and UV stabilisers.
The bag can be equipped with perforation and/or micro-perforation (for venting), anti-slip knurling strips, and additional hot-melt seals. It is typically sealed by welding the top part but can be adapted for sewing or gluing upon request.
High-quality flexographic printing on the bag's surface (including the top and bottom) is executed according to the customer's design. For dangerous goods, we offer the possibility of obtaining a UN certificate.
By embracing circular economy principles, we produce packaging that is 100% recyclable and can incorporate recyclates in its production, including PCR (Post Consumer Regranulate).
