Polyolefin nets
Shading nets are widely used in horticulture, nursery gardening, and forestry. They are also applied in the construction industry and as coverings for recreational and sports areas.
The nets are made from UV-stabilized polypropylene (PP) flat films, ensuring long-term durability. They are available in dark green, brown, and white. A reinforced strip with pre-punched holes along the outer edges facilitates easy installation on frames.
Standard widths: 3 m and 4 m.
Available on request: we also produce nets in the following widths: 1.5 m, 2 m, 6 m, and 8 m.
Primary applications of shading nets:
- In horticulture: Protecting plants from excessive sunlight in greenhouses and open fields; providing frost protection in winter; used as a protection screen on fences in newly established gardens.
- In nursery gardening and forestry (e.g., for seed collection in forestry).
- As coverings for: recreational and sports areas, tennis courts, and paintball fields.
Durability: 6 horticulture seasons.
