Silage films are used for ensiling fresh and wilted green plants, as an outer covering for stacks, piles of roots and tubers of fodder plants, and for lining silos.

Proper covering reduces the risk of spoilage during bad weather, restricts the access of air and water, minimizes CO₂ losses, and maintains the nutritional value of the silage.

The silage film features high light reflectivity, which improves the microclimate beneath the film and helps maintain more favorable ensiling conditions. This prevents the silage from overheating and results in better quality.

Silage films in all widths are available in jumbo rolls up to 300 meters long.
