Pellets and other solid fuels

Pellets and other modern solid fuels also require modern packaging, enabling appropriate product exposure, easy transportation and storage by the end user, as well as packaging automation. In addition to pellet packaging, we offer packaging for wood and coal briquettes, hard coal and barbecue coal.

The Form-Fill-Seal System (FFS) is, in short, filling a formed film sleeve with goods, making transverse welds, and cutting off the finished unit packages. Flat films

<p>Benefits for the Customer:</p> <ul> <li>When filling an open LDPE bag, either flat or with side gussets, packaging devices are most often used to tightly close the bag using a top weld. It is also possible to close the bag by sewing or gluing it. This method streamlines the bag-filling process compared to manual packing.</li> <li>A transportable plastic bag is a practical and durable package, easy to place on a pallet and to use. Using an open bag enhances safety and efficiency of storage.</li> <li>An open PE bag, constructed from thicker film, offers high tear resistance; the appropriate thickness of the film protects against abrasion caused by sharp edges of the packed goods and provides significant resistance to external mechanical damage.</li> <li>An open PE bag very effectively protects the goods inside, ensuring they retain their properties and are shielded against moisture, dirt, and dust. Hazardous materials can be transported and stored in certified open bags (UN certificate).</li> <li>The printed surface of the bag can serve as an attractive means to present information about its contents and/or the customer's company.</li> <li>The packaging is 100% recyclable.</li> <li>We offer guidance on selecting the appropriate type and size of the bag depending on its intended use and the characteristics of the goods to be contained.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Application:</p> <p>Open plastic bags are used for machine or manual packaging of a wide range of loose or granulated goods.
