IDEA 175 is a modern, three-layer roofing screen with a weight of 175 g/m², designed for work in demanding construction conditions. Thanks to the use of a TPU film (thermoplastic polyurethane) and symmetrical protective nonwovens, it provides a high level of roof protection and installation comfort – especially where lightness, durability, and flexibility are essential.
This roofing screen achieves exceptional mechanical resistance: 450 N/50 mm – longitudinal strength, 320 N/50 mm – transverse strength. At the same time, it maintains high flexibility, which significantly facilitates installation – even at lower temperatures. The double-sided protection allows for quick and intuitive laying without the risk of error, while water resistance exceeding class W1 guarantees effective protection even during intense rainfall.
Thanks to its symmetrical construction and resistance to UV radiation, the screen can remain on the roof without the primary covering for up to 6 weeks. The Sd = 0.06 m value ensures very high vapour permeability, which enhances the removal of moisture from the thermal insulation layer and accelerates its drying.
Importantly – IDEA 175, as one of the few roofing screens on the market, offers such a high fire reaction class (B-s1, d0), which tangibly raises the level of building fire safety.
IDEA 175 combines:
- strength and flexibility (450 / 320 N/50 mm),
- water resistance (class W1),
- excellent vapor permeability (Sd = 0.06 m),
- exposure time without primary covering of up to 6 weeks,
- fire resistance class B-s1, d0 according to PN-EN 13501-1.

Polyurethane foam (PUR), specifically open-cell foams (OCSPF), is an increasingly common choice due to its fast installation, excellent insulation, airtightness, and resistance to pests (e.g., martens). However, most standard membranes lose their properties when in contact with the foam.
During spraying, the foam bonds permanently with a standard membrane, creating a dense "skin" that drastically restricts the flow of water vapor. This can lead to moisture buildup inside the roof structure and its gradual deterioration.
